A short, intense Alpine ascent from Casera/Bresciadega via Rifugio Brasca into Val d'Arnasca. Woods and clearings give way to grassy slopes, equipped rocky sections and open terrain beneath Pizzo Ligoncio. Bivacco Valli stands at 1,951 m in a panoramic basin.

Route description

From Casera/Bresciadega, cross the valley floor east to Rifugio Brasca. Climb into Val d'Arnasca through larches, meadows and short equipped rock steps, then continue via Piana Bassa into increasingly open, rocky terrain. A final steep section among boulders and Alpine pasture reaches Bivacco Valli.
